HOW IT WORKS
R1 Playing Cards give every VIP Show Attendee the opportunity to win incredible knives and gear!
How to play?
Purchase a VIP pass to any one of our shows. Each VIP attendee will receive a randomized R1 Playing Card with the purchase of a VIP ticket. For R1 Invitational VIP attendees, the playing card will be shipped to you. For those of you with a VIP pass to one of our in-person shows, you’ll receive a randomized R1 Playing Card when you pick up your pass at the Registration Desk on the day of the show.
These R1 Playing Cards are made of different materials depending on which show you attend. R1 Invitational cards are made of stainless steel, CCKS in copper, and TKI/FNBA in Titanium. All cards are inlaid with the Exclusive CarboTi that is used for the show builds.

Collect, sell, or trade them until you’ve assembled a winning 5-card hand. Once all the shows have completed for the year, we ask that you submit your 5-card hand to a designated web page. Hands can be submitted until January 15th, 2025, at which point the entries will be gathered and the winners will be announced in order of the strength of their submitted hand.
For example, a person with a Royal Flush of Diamonds will have first pick from the prize pool.
Winners will have their pick of some incredibly rare and coveted prizes, provided by some of the best makers and manufacturers in the world.

No, the card game is independent of all shows.
Purchasing a pass to any R1 Invitational online event will allow you to receive 1 stainless steel card.
Purchasing a pass to TKI or FNBA will allow you to receive 1 titanium card (must be picked up in person).
Purchasing a pass to CCKS Spring or Fall will allow you to receive 1 copper card (must be picked up in person).
Of course! We encourage everyone to talk to others in the community in order to build their best hand for the final event at the end of the year!
In December, we will announce a 2-week submission window where you can submit your best 5-card poker hand using English alphabetical order hierarchy.
YES! For example, a 5-card hand can consist of one Stainless Steel, two Copper, and two Titanium.
Furthermore, a hand with cards of all the same materials have no advantage over a hand with mixed card materials if both hands involve the same card numbers and suits. We categorize the hands strictly using English alphabetical order hierarchy.
Ties involving card hands of the same strength will be resolved with an additional randomized ordering of the tie-holders.
