A maker out of Denmark, Jens Anso’s knives are unmistakable. Over time, he’s moved from broader, stockier blades to very slim and elegant ones. Even so, his design language translates through the respective eras. In recent years, he’s collaborated with Jesper Voxnaes to form GiantMouse, a company that merges their complimentary designs and makes them available in production models.
